After winning a new construction project, Rajiv moves his family to a house that sits where the woods meet the sea, a setting that feels both inviting and isolating. With his mother away in Rishikesh, Rajiv settles in with his wife Aarti, their two kids, and housemaid Laxmi. The children, Raksha and Rohan, waste no time exploring their surroundings—the quiet shoreline and the woods behind the house. They are soon joined by Rajiv’s sister Arushi and her husband, Ranjit, known as Ronnie, who come to spend time with the family. The atmosphere is hospitable, but the environment is thick with the sense that the place may not be as empty as it seems.

The horror begins when Raksha and Rohan discover a doll in the woods and bring it home. The toy is controlled by the ghost of Madhu, who has returned from the dead to exact revenge on [Rajiv]. What starts as a chilling unease quickly escalates into a torrent of terrifying experiences that grip the entire household. Madhu’s presence infiltrates Aarti, causing her to behave in strange and unsettling ways, and Rajiv is forced to confront the terrifying truth that Madhu’s revenant has returned with a vendetta.

[Manja], the exorcist who previously faced Madhu, encounters a brutal end at the hands of her vengeful spirit. On the advice of his friend Vinay, who once helped neutralize Madhu, Rajiv seeks aid from another exorcist, [Jeeva], though the help offered is limited. Jeeva urges Rajiv to abandon the city and seek a safer place where Madhu cannot reach him, and he also suggests locating Anshuman, Madhu’s husband from the earlier film. Vinay’s attempt to track Anshuman ends in tragedy when he dies in a road accident after witnessing Madhu’s spirit. Jeeva himself is slain by the possessed doll, though he manages to burn the cursed object before his death.

The violence intensifies. The watchman and Laxmi are brutally murdered, Arushi drowns in the house’s pool, and Aarti, now fully possessed by Madhu’s spirit, continues to terrorize the family. Rajiv finds himself alone with his two children as the attacks intensify from every direction. He fights to protect [Raksha], while the ghost closes in on them all. A brutal sequence leads to Rajiv being stabbed, and the family’s fear accelerates as the hunted child fights for safety.

In the climax, the family climbs to the terrace, where Rajiv finally confronts the relentless spirit. He pushes Aarti off the rooftop to shield his children, an act that ushers in a moment of grim relief before the tragedy settles in. Rajiv carries Aarti back into the house, leaving [Raksha], Rohan, and Ronnie with a heavy sense of loss and an uncertain future as the story ends on an open note, suggesting the danger may linger even after the final confrontation. The film closes with a lingering sense of unease, inviting viewers to ponder what comes next for this family in the wake of such a brutal ordeal.
