Madhu runs a beauty parlor with a hardline belief: he doesn’t trust love or marriage and is convinced he can steer life without a wife. Enter Sirisha, a medical transcriptionist who falls for him at first sight and tries every possible way to win him over. Yet Madhu remains cool and pragmatic, insisting that love is nothing more than a business transaction and not something to be pursued.

On a business trip abroad, Madhu crosses paths with another woman, Kalyani. At first, she resents him because of his past associations with call girls, but after they return to India, her feelings begin to shift. Madhu, in turn, starts to feel something in return when she finally admits her love. As both women press for a commitment, Madhu finds himself torn and unsure about how to navigate these conflicting emotions.

Then Kalyani takes a bold step: she goes directly to his doorstep and proclaims herself as his would-be wife. She reveals a shocking secret—that a bullet is lodged in her head and she may die soon. Madhu, initially irritated and skeptical, pushes her away, unable to accept the gravity of her claim. When he confides in Sirisha, she digs into the medical records and confirms the truth of Kalyani’s condition. The doctors had advised against a surgery that would bring immediate death, complicating Madhu’s feelings further.

Sirisha urges Madhu to consider Kalyani’s life and the possibility of love beyond fear. Together, they set out to Germany to seek medical help and persuade a German doctor to perform the delicate procedure. The operation succeeds, saving Kalyani’s life, and she afterward reveals a surprising truth: Sirisha is the true love Madhu has been seeking all along. The film culminates in a heartfelt union between Madhu and Sirisha, marking a new beginning built on trust, second chances, and the power of love.
