Siva is a carefree young man in Bangalore, supported by a loyal circle of friends as he hunts for a job. His routine life takes a sharp turn when he notices a striking woman, Charulatha, who is also looking for work. He feels an instant pull and finds himself crossing paths with her more than once, tracing her movements through the city and following her with a mix of curiosity and hope.

One day, at a busy street corner, Charu suddenly enlists Shiva’s help, and a tense moment unfolds with a Telugu-speaking man in the car who assumes Shiva is a cabbie. Without hesitation, Shiva agrees to drive them, and the journey begins in a rush. As they zigzag from refueling stops to roadside detours, Charu asks him to steer toward Chennai, and Shiva eagerly complies. The ride becomes a strange blend of quiet conversation and charged tension, as Charu initially resists talking but gradually opens up about her life.

Charu reveals a past shaped by loss and pressure. Her mother died after a violent clash with Charu’s father, who then pressed Charu to marry someone he chose. Refusing to bow to this demand, Charu fled her home, only to be tracked down by her father’s business partner, Jayaraman, who tries to take her back to seal a marriage agreement. Charu escapes once more, and the couple’s improvised road trip turns into a precarious escape plan.

Her goal is Mumbai, where Charu hopes to stay with her grandmother. But the path is haunted by danger: a ruthless gang, led by a Telugu-speaking woman, stalks them, and Shiva must shake off the pursuit. When one group briefly gives way, another arrives—this time revealing themselves as the henchmen of a Mumbai-based gangster, Baali. The chase intensifies, and memories surface: years earlier in Mumbai, Shiva had confronted Baali’s men and even Baali himself, unknowingly earning a reputation that lingers in the underworld.

The pursuit follows them to Mumbai, where they end up at the home of Shiva’s friend Poochi. There, Poochi tracks down Charu’s grandmother, and Shiva leads Charu to her, hoping the reunion will offer safety. But the journey’s end seems fragile; Shiva quietly contemplates leaving Charu to protect her, yet fate has other plans. At the moment of doubt, Charu reappears on the road, and she shares one last weighty truth: relatives back home had spoken ill of her parents, fueling her decision to leave.

Their precarious flight takes another dangerous turn when Baali’s gang joins forces with Jayaraman, and the danger closes in from all sides. In a final act of courage, Shiva protects Charu from the encroaching goons. As the danger abates and they make their way back toward Bangalore, Shiva’s friends finally catch up with him. Priya, whom Shiva has reached out to, gently confirms that his feelings for Charu run deep. Charu, moved by the journey and the peril they faced together, returns those feelings, recognizing that their bond has grown stronger through adversity.

What begins as a chance encounter evolves into a high-stakes voyage across cities, blending danger, loyalty, and budding romance. The pair navigates a maze of coercion and pursuit, learns to trust each other under pressure, and discovers that their connection can withstand even the most perilous circumstances.
