Senan, Sree, Renju and Pinku are small-time gangsters in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram. When Pinku is beaten one night and ends up in the hospital, the group swears revenge and begins tracing the attacker through a lone phone left behind, hoping the device will lead them to answers. The trail grows colder as they discover the phone’s owner hails from Kasargode, all the way at the far end of the state, and the mission suddenly feels more random and perilous than planned.
Seeking a way to level the odds, the crew considers enlisting the help of a feared enforcer: Chengal Raghu. The plan to recruit him marks the first crack in their momentum, a sign that they are stepping into a far murkier world than they anticipated. The road ahead quickly proves more unruly than the map suggest—Reghu’s car, freshly repaired, breaks down, forcing the gang to hitch a ride on a college tour bus. On that unexpected journey, they cross paths with Sree’s friend Dominic, who offers to put them up at the home of his boss, a man named Baba. The arrangement seems simple enough—a temporary shelter in exchange for keeping their heads down as life presses forward.
Baba’s household, however, becomes a pressure cooker. The wedding that was meant to solidify his daughter’s future is upended when the bride Sahiba elopes with someone else. Baba commands his gangster ally RD to retrieve her, and the gang finds itself reluctantly moving away from the easy shelter they had hoped for. The situation grows tenser as Baba redirects a portion of his underworld networks toward the problem, and the gang realizes they must broaden their search and forge new alliances if they want to reach Kasargode before time runs out.
Desperation nudges them toward Britto, a local gangster known for his volatile temperament and questionable loyalties. Britto agrees to help, but his own morbid impulse—he plans a hit along the way—pulls the group into a dangerous detour. The plan to press on is interrupted when Britto, true to form, abandons them to pursue his own ends. Yet even in his self-serving moment, Britto quietly assists by arranging a freight truck that could at least ferry them toward their goal, a small lifeline in a spiraling misadventure.
In Kasargode, Ratheesh—a local contact—tells them the target they’re chasing is Salman, the elder son of a powerful gangster named Samad. The stakes rise as the gang stakes out Samad’s house and discovers that Salman had been kidnapped the night before. The bombshell forces them to reconsider who might be behind the kidnap and what the true motive could be. They realize their quarry may not be who they think it is, and the web of relationships surrounding Salman, Sahiba, and Samad is far more tangled than a simple vengeance plot.
Sree sends Salman’s photo to Dominic, who recognizes the man as the same person who had eloped with Sahiba. The truth buried within this revelation is that RD had caught Sahiba and brought her back, while Baba had authorized RD to execute the young man, a detail that colors the motives of several players in unexpected ways. The gang presses on to RD’s hideout in Kochi, only to find that Ratheesh has fled with their money, fearing repercussions from Samad. A police checkpoint offers Salman a fleeting chance to slip away, underscoring how close the chase is to collapsing into chaos.
The journey continues toward Kochi, and in the course of the trek they reconnect with Ratheesh on the way. Frustration grows within the group—especially for Chengal Raghu, who has his own agenda and temper—and Senan, Renju, Sree, and Pinku push on with the help of Dominic and a rough-and-tumble crew of veteran thugs. When they finally corner RD at his hideout, a grim truth emerges: Salman may already be dead. A corpse is shown, only to resurrect in a startling moment as Salman reveals himself alive and on the run. The confrontation escalates into a violent scramble, with Salman slipping away in RD’s car as Reghu fights to keep his group in the game.
RD’s gunfire caps a brutal sequence that ends with RD crushed by a toppled vat, a macabre accident that unexpectedly clears the path for Salman’s escape. Reghu and the rest of the gang pursue Salman with renewed urgency, finally capturing him and bringing him back to Samad’s circle to try to settle the tangled web once and for all. Salman proposes a deal: he will call his father and try to resolve the mess if the gang agrees to help him elope with Sahiba again. Begrudgingly, Reghu and his crew consent, hoping to restore some sense of order to a situation that has spiraled far beyond their control.
Salman proves useful in diffusing the immediate crisis, insisting that Reghu and his companions were not involved in the earlier abduction. They return to Thiruvananthapuram with a fragile sense of resolution, and Reghu brings Salman to the doorstep to compel Sahiba’s apology to Pinku. The moment lands awkwardly; Pinku looks at Salman with confusion, and in a shocking turn, the truth emerges: it was Salman’s 10-year-old brother who had beaten Pinku, a detail hinted at by the background figure in Salman’s phone photo. The gang realizes the entire trip has been a misadventure born from misread signals and a cascade of misunderstandings. Frustration boils over into a harsh confrontation, and Reghu exits with his mother, leaving the others to ponder what exactly they have learned from the experience.
In a mid-credits sting, Senan and the gang arrive at Reghu’s home to offer a heartfelt apology, only to be interrupted when Britto reappears with a sly gift—he has kidnapped Salman again. The postscript hints that the cycle of violence and mistaken loyalties is far from over, and that the underworld’s twists-and-turns will continue to pull them back into the shadows of Thiruvananthapuram and beyond.
