From the seaside village of Anchuthengu in Thiruvananthapuram, Manuel is a carefree, sometimes reckless figure whose drinking hints at deeper struggles, even as he remains deeply devoted to his family. The community relies on fishing for its livelihood, and Manuel’s world is upended when a scandal erupts around the local business Stephen and Sons, a well‑known name that starts peddling rotten fish. The plunge in sales sparks anger among the fishermen, who demand accountability from the company in hopes of preserving their way of life. The owners—one portrayed by Spadikam Sunny and the other by Usha—brush off the protests and continue marketing tainted goods.

As frustrations boil over, a violent clash erupts, and Manuel’s involvement turns the confrontation into a brutal altercation that shakes everyone.

Following police intervention, Manuel leaves the village for safety and work, signing on with a fishing crew aboard a vessel departing from Munambam Harbour in Ernakulam, a place tied to his late brother Danny who used to work there. The new environment quickly grows tense; Manuel clashes with fellow crew members, notably Jude and Michael, whose dubious behavior raises red flags. As the crew’s actions come under scrutiny, unsettling truths about Danny’s supposed accident come to light, challenging Manuel’s trust in what he had believed about his brother’s death.

Driven by a fierce drive for justice, Manuel delves deeper, risking his safety to uncover the real story behind Danny’s demise.
