Obscure Pleasures: A Portrait of Walerian Borowczyk (2013): Cast

In 2001, during a hospital stay, Polish artist Walerian Borowczyk created a personal list of objects and animals that appeared in his films. Known for his unique artistic vision, Borowczyk often used encyclopedias and dictionaries to structure the often chaotic elements within his work. This list, however, represented a more intimate act – a way for him to bring order to his own life and career as a painter, sculptor, and filmmaker.
