Youngster Vicky Malhotra, Vivek Oberoi, lives with his mother in the tranquil hills of Uttarakhand. A lawyer arrives to discuss his late husband’s old bungalow, tucked away in the mountains, stirring an old secret. At the bungalow, Vicky discovers a hidden cache behind a photograph, and within lies a replica map drawn by his father, who was killed while pursuing a long-hidden treasure. This discovery drags him into danger as some of his father’s murderers close in and abduct him.

Meanwhile, Vicky’s mother visits her husband’s first wife. That wife has a son, Veer Malhotra, Sunny Deol, a forest officer in Uttarakhand and Vicky’s half-brother. She asks Veer’s mother to seek Veer’s help in finding Vicky and bringing him home. The moment Veer steps in, the pursuit tightens, and Vicky is delivered to Baali, a ruthless figure who is about to execute him. Veer arrives just in time to rescue his half-brother, and the chase through the lush forests toward the Himalayan foothills begins in earnest; Baali’s men press hard to reclaim the map and the boy.

As the fugitives race through dense jungles, they also manage a rescue of Riya, Sameera Reddy, from a dangerous river rafting accident. The action intensifies as Baali and his henchmen close in, capturing Veer and Vicky again and leaving a trail of slaughter in their wake. Baali reveals the prize behind the map: a legendary device consisting of the armor and earrings of Karna, the storied warrior from the Mahabharata, said to grant invincibility and immense power to its wearer.

The final destination looms, and Baali appears to have beaten them there, wielding formidable strength. Veer and Vicky realize the armor’s power hinges on sunlight and that its strength wanes at sunset—an echo of Karna’s solar lineage. Seizing on this flaw, the two brothers outsmart Baali and seize the armor for themselves. They escape the temple just as it begins to crumble, sealing the treasure away forever and racing to safety before the collapse seals their fate.
