Babu Sri Simha and Yesu Dasu are delivery men and friends who live with their unemployed friend Abhi, a constant binge-watcher of crime shows. With Babu scraping to make ends meet, Yesu casually reveals a sly habit: he steals from his clients and urges Babu to follow suit. At first, Babu resists, but the lure of a quick score is hard to ignore, and he decides to try the plan. The next day, he heads to an isolated gated apartment complex, stepping into a web of odd encounters that push him deeper into danger.
Inside the complex, Babu’s path crosses with Tejaswi Thota when Tejaswi crashes into him on a scooter. He also runs into Banerjee, a police constable performing passport verifications, and into a resident named Ravi Ravi. His target becomes apartment 401, where he delivers a package to an old lady An Old Woman and shamelessly pockets a ₹500 note, trying to dupe her into believing she underpaid him. When she finally sees through the bluff, a scuffle erupts and she collapses to the floor. In that tense moment, Babu imagines Yesu and Abhi offering advice on how to handle the situation and cover the crime. The plan shifts from suspicion to panic as he decides to move the body to her room to make it look like she died in her sleep.
Amid the chaos, a security guard Security Guard arrives, and Babu must hide in a bathroom closet as the guard investigates. He watches the guard enter the bathroom, seemingly fixing the shower and secretly swapping a memory card from a spy camera that Babu had already installed. Desperate, Babu grabs the camera and messages Yesu and Abhi for help. Meanwhile, Bujji Bujji is back in the apartment, inviting Ravi inside to smoke marijuana. It’s revealed that Bujji has drugged the old woman by contaminating her water bottle, and in a cruel twist, she ends up drugging Babu as well. When Babu regains consciousness, he finds himself asleep in Bujji’s bedroom, and upon waking, a dead body lies nearby in the living room. He bolts for safety and heads home, only to discover that his delivery bags are gone and replaced by ₹50 lakh in cash. He also discovers Banerjee’s mobile phone, a clue that ties the dead body to the security case.
With Yesu and Abhi’s help, Babu hatches a plan to escape by reclaiming his bike and the stolen packages, while also attempting to erase the incriminating footage from the cameras. When they return to 401, they find the old woman alive and realize the girl they met earlier isn’t Tejaswi after all; another man—who is the real Tejaswi from flat 503—appears in a chance encounter. Babu suddenly realizes he woke up in apartment 501, not 401. Entering 501, they stumble upon Banerjee’s dead body and quickly retrieve the packages. They also find Ravi’s dead body and a sleeping girl in a hidden drug lab within the same building. The realization hits hard: 501 is Ravi’s flat, and Ravi himself is dead.
The group robs Banerjee’s security of the spy camera from 401 and, with the loot and evidence ready, they interrogate the unconscious girl. She reveals herself as Myrah Myrah, a drug dealer who came to Ravi’s place to pack drugs produced by Ravi, who handles cooking and supply. The truth about Abhi’s involvement starts to surface when Babu re-examines the footage; Abhi, it turns out, is the mastermind behind the scheme. He explains that he cooked the drugs and Ravi supplied them.
A confrontation escalates as Abhi knocks out Myrah and kills Ravi, then aims to frame Babu by dropping him at the center of a staged crime scene. Enraged, Babu breaks the drug lab apart, triggering an explosion that sends everyone into a drug-induced frenzy. Weeks later, Babu and Yesu wake up to interrogation by a detective who reveals that Abhi and Myrah have become mentally unstable. The detective offers a deal, letting them go scot-free in exchange for the money they earned. In a cheeky postscript, the pre-roll credits reveal a nationwide demonetization twist: the Prime Minister declares all ₹500 and ₹1000 notes illegal, rendering the detective’s newfound money completely useless.
