The story centers on two men, Dara, Sunny Deol and Karan, Anil Kapoor, each scarred by a brutal past. Karan grew up under the shadow of a terrible murder—the killing of his own family by Jogi Thakur, and Dara carries a deep wound from childhood: he was torn away from his kin near a traveling circus, where he was ultimately cared for by the circus manager, Satyendra Kapoor.
