Maula Jatt, Sultan Rahi, has renounced violence and now serves as a peacekeeper across 25 villages in a quiet stretch of Mamdal, near Kabirwala. The tale opens with a fragile calm, where the long-running feud between the Maula Jatt clan and their rivals seems finally to be fading into memory. Yet the past has a stubborn way of resurfacing.

A member of the Natt clan, Maakha, torments a young woman, and the protection of this girl falls to Maula’s sister-in-law, Daani. When Maakha refuses to back down, Maula’s ally Moodha Kifayat Hussain Bhatti intervenes, delivering a brutal lesson and leaving Maakha with a jagged scar on his nose. To avert the Gandasa’s blade, Maula declares a grim penalty: Maakha must wed the girl he dishonored and arrange his sister’s marriage to her brother. Since the girl has no family, Maula orders Maakha to marry his own sister to Moodha.

Maakha returns in shame, and his sister Daaro Aasia takes matters into her own hands, killing Maakha in retaliation for cowardice. Daaro then sets out to kill Maula, only to be arrested for Maakha’s murder along the way. She is bailed out by a man who calls her sister, a man who is actually Maula in disguise.

When Noori Natt, Mustafa Qureshi, is released from jail, he tells the police that he has exhausted his rivals and seeks a worthy opponent. The authorities direct him to Malik Haaku, a clan Maula once slaughtered. Haaku refuses to reveal the name of his old rival and warns Noori not to stand in his way if he ever uncovers the truth. Daaro returns home and informs Noori of Maakha’s defeat and Maula’s judgment that she should marry Moodha, intensifying the web of vengeance and honor.

Noori travels to Maula’s village seeking revenge while Maula is away, and he breaks Moodha’s leg in a fit of spite. Maula returns and vows to repay Noori’s challenge by reclaiming his own Gandasa. He rides out to confront Noori, facing off against numerous Natt loyalists and dismantling their defenses. The fateful duel between Maula and Noori is interrupted by the police, who prevent their final clash.

Meanwhile, Noori’s brother-in-law Akku Qatil rampages through Maula’s villages, adding to the bloodshed. A judge later orders both Jatt and Natt back to their home territories under house arrest, but tensions quickly flare again. As they surge toward each other, gunfire from police guards wounds both, delaying the confrontation.

In the hospital, Daaro realizes that Maula had called her sister. After a brief, feigned reconciliation between Maula and Noori, the blockade is lifted and life briefly returns to a tense peace. Akku resumes his assault on Maula’s village, but is killed in turn, and Maula sends Akku’s body along with wedding gifts to Daaro, signaling that the wedding procession is imminent and that Noori still seeks revenge.

As the groom’s procession moves toward Daaro’s village, Noori leads a large force of Natt clansmen in a brutal ambush. Maula defeats the attackers and even overpowers Noori himself. Just as Maula is ready to deliver the final strike, Daaro arrives to plead for mercy, reminding him that he once called her sister. Moved, Maula spares Noori, but Noori, in a final act of defiance, amputates his own leg to seal Maula’s vengeance.

The feud finally finds its uneasy resolution: Daaro agrees to marry Moodha, and the cycle of bloodshed begins to ease. In a climactic moment, Maula sheds his Gandasa and delivers a direct, impassioned plea to the audience, urging them to choose justice over revenge. The camera lingers on the quiet moment of reflection as the dust settles on a village scarred by decades of war, with a fragile hope that peace might endure.

A tale of honor, rivalry, and the toll of vendetta, where characters navigate loyalty, love, and the heavy weight of history.
