Johnny Dark Tony Curtis and his partner Duke Benson Don Taylor work for Fielding Motors, a company that prides itself on manufacturing family-friendly cars and is led by Sidney Blackmer as James Fielding. Chief engineer Scotty Scatman Crothers overhears their gripes about the company’s direction and spots a bold sportscar concept that could push Fielding Motors beyond its safe, traditional line-up. When a new employee, Liz Fielding Piper Laurie, arrives, she immediately draws attention from the two men, though none of them know she is Fielding’s granddaughter in disguise.
