Chota Nayak escapes from police custody and sets out to find his former aide turned foe Ranganath, who has become a police informer and allegedly siphoned off a staggering sum of ₹10,000 crore (US$1.2 billion). In the same orbit of danger, a Hyderabad fire department officer named Jai crosses paths with Ranganath, offering help that becomes fateful when Ranganath dies in a devastating fire accident.

Nayak suspects Jai of involvement and travels to Hyderabad to press him for details about his conversations with Ranganath. Jai objects, warns Nayak to stay away, and the tension between them escalates quickly. Nayak’s ruthlessness becomes evident as he targets those close to Jai, keeping his word in brutal fashion by killing Jai’s friend Ajay and Jai’s uncle Chalapathi Rao in a fire accident, while Jai answers back with a fierce resolve to protect his family and bring Nayak down.

As the threat tightens, Jai secretly protects his loved ones by moving them to safety, and Savithri Savithri — whom Jai meets and begins to date — becomes a key figure in his life. Nayak learns of Savithri’s involvement and kidnaps her, threatening to kill her if Jai does not surrender the stolen money. In a tense moment of truth, Jai digs through Ranganath’s coat and uncovers a book that contains the bank account and password where the money is hidden, setting the stage for a dangerous confrontation.

Jai arranges a meeting with Nayak in a desolate market space to exchange the money, but the plan spirals out of control when an attempt by the police to arrest Nayak interferes and he escapes. Nayak then gains access to the bank account, only to discover it empty—the money had already been transferred to Savithri’s account. Nayak improvises a desperate scheme to revive Savithri using doctors at an abandoned construction site, and the doctors reveal her account number, pushing Jai to move quickly.

The climactic sequence sees Jai arriving just in time to strike. He sets fire to the building, sends Savithri to the hospital in an ambulance, and fights through Nayak’s henchmen to halt the financial transaction. In a brutal and decisive showdown, Jai defeats Nayak and brings an end to the string of deaths, vindicating Ajay and his uncle. In the aftermath, Jai and Savithri share a quiet moment that leads to a new beginning as they head out on a date, marking a fragile but hopeful balance between vengeance and peace.
