What Is Japanese Spiderman: Episode 0 About?

The premise of Japanese Spiderman: Episode 0 without spoilers.

The Iron Cross Army is sabotaging oil tankers, deploying their monstrous creation—the Sea‑Devil, a semi‑mechanical, anthropomorphic swordfish capable of firing torpedoes from its mouth. To thwart the plot, Spider‑Man teams up with Interpol agent Juzo Mamiya, working together to bring down the Iron Cross Army.
