Kesh, a young scientist Kalidas Jayaram, returns from abroad to his grandfather’s ancestral home in Kerala after winning an award in AI robotics. There, he reconnects with a tight-knit circle that includes a tiny robot named Kuttaps Soubin Shahir and his childhood friends, and together they dive into his late father’s dream project, a bold mission nicknamed “Jack N’ Jill” that aims to push the human brain to its maximum potential. The team hopes to test a theory that could unlock unprecedented cognitive power, and they set out to find a suitable subject who suffers from a brain-related ailment such as dementia or amnesia.

Driven by ambition and curiosity, they decide to abduct an elderly person to serve as a test subject, hoping the effects will reveal the project’s true potential. Yet Phase 1 does not go as planned, slipping on a mistake made by one of Kesh’s friends, which forces the group to reassess their approach. Undeterred, they shift their sights to Parvathy Manju Warrier, a woman living with post-traumatic amnesia who appears to be mentally unstable, making her the next suspected candidate for the experiments. With caution and secrecy, they carry out the initial steps, and soon Phase 1 and Phase 2 proceed, propelled by a blend of scientific drive and risk.

After Phase 2, Parvathy regains memories, yet she deliberately feigns abnormal behavior and secretly develops some formidable combat skills, complicating everyone’s understanding of her true state. Into this precarious mix step the film’s antagonists, Stephen Tharakan and his son, who push forward a plan to establish a chemical factory despite its potential harm to the environment. Their pursuit of profit sets them on a collision course with the fragile lives around Parvathy, including the daughter Arathi Esther Anil, who is the child of Stephen Tharakan’s deceased partner. When Parvathy’s family tries to shield Arathi, Stephen’s henchmen unleash violence that leaves the family fatally wounded and Arathi in danger.

The assault leaves Parvathy badly injured and with a loss of memories, setting off a tense arc where the past and present collide. As the dust settles, the story follows Parvathy’s struggle to recover and redefine her identity while facing the moral and emotional fallout of the choices made in the name of science. The narrative unfolds with a careful balance of science, memory, power, and vengeance, inviting viewers to wonder how far one will go to protect loved ones and what remains of a person once memories are fractured. Throughout, the narration—delivered with a steady, guiding voice by Prithviraj Sukumaran—helps stitch together the shifting perspectives and the escalating stakes, keeping the focus on human consequences as much as on experimental ambition.
