Meanwhile, Joey’s relentless search for Isabel’s killer continues, and he makes a grim exchange of services with the boss of Mr. Choy’s operation, ultimately gaining control of a truck loaded with boxes described as refugees or slaves—an ethical line he hoped never to cross.
