Harikrishnan, aka Hari, is a young civil engineer who spends his days hanging out with his cousin Manu, a charming troublemaker, and their loyal friend Paul Achayan. Hari is in a relationship with Lakshmi, a flirt who keeps him guessing, and when Lakshmi starts getting close to another guy, Hari’s heart takes a hit. In the wake of that heartbreak, the trio heads to a bar to drown their sorrows, where a man claiming to be a motivational speaker joins them. They soon dub him Bhai, and what begins as a casual hangout quickly pivots into something more consequential as Bhai draws Hari into recounting his love life.

In a flashback to their engineering days, Hari falls for Shahina, while Manu plays the part of the playful rascal and their circle of friends, including Tyson, keep the mood light. The college memories feel vibrant and hopeful, until a police stakeout disrupts the present. Hari and his friends are questioned by Sub-inspector Happy Paul, who believes in giving every case a happy ending. The investigations unfold to reveal that Shahina has disappeared, and Hari stands as the main suspect. The tension deepens when Shahina walks into the station with Pareekutty, exposing that Shahina and Pareekutty had a prior relationship. Although Shahina’s parents are relieved, Hari is left shattered by the revelation.

Back in the present, Bhai counsels Hari to sever ties with Lakshmi and stay resolute in his heart. Meanwhile, Manu and Bhai push Hari toward meeting a girl arranged by Hari’s mother Ambika Mohan. Hari reluctantly agrees, hoping perhaps for clarity or a second chance at love.

Sometime later, the trio boards a bus bound for Thrissur, making new acquaintances along the way. Hari and Manu sit with two girls, Drishya and Sophie, and a budding connection forms with Drishya, who reveals she is a cousin of their college friend Asha. Hari seems drawn to Drishya but struggles to express his feelings. After their bus journey, they part ways, and Hari’s nerves about love begin to soften.

The next day, Hari accompanies the group to meet the arranged girl, only to learn that the “girl” is not who she seems. The real person waiting for Hari is Drishya, and his joy grows as the two discover a genuine connection. The prospect of marriage appears on the horizon, and Hari faces a new emotional crossroads as he prepares for a union with Drishya. Lakshmi calls again, sparking a moment of honesty: Hari tells her he’ll reach out after his wedding, signaling a new chapter ahead. When the friends inquire about Bhai’s whereabouts, they realize they never secured his phone number or even his real name, leaving Bhai a mysterious absence in their plans. A vision haunts Hari—he imagines Bhai as Lord Krishna come to mend his love troubles—but the truth remains, and the group moves forward.

As the story unfolds, Bhai is revealed not as a divine helper but as a shrewd marriage broker. He runs the matrimony service Happy Wedding Matrimony, a vow to unite two matching profiles in a marriage. It becomes clear that Bhai’s meetings and manipulations were designed to orchestrate perfect matches, including the unexpected bus encounter that brought Drishya into Hari’s life. With the veil lifted, Bhai continues his work elsewhere, leaving Hari to navigate a future defined by choice and commitment. The film closes with the newly married Hari and Drishya celebrating their union alongside Manu, Tyson, Paul Achayan, and their friends, marking a hopeful new chapter built on trust, timing, and the possibility of true love.
