Blast off with Gulliver and his pals into a vibrant, musical universe. Homeless boy Ted, inspired by a Gulliver film, meets the elderly space‑traveller Professor Gulliver in a forest. With Gulliver’s assistant Crow, a talking dog and a toy soldier, they travel the Milky Way to the Planet of Blue Hope, now seized by the evil Queen of Purple Planet and her robot army. Armed with water‑pistols and balloons that melt the foes, Ted and Gulliver free Blue Hope and restore it to its gentle inhabitants.

The homeless boy Ricky, known as Ted in the Japanese version, drifts through a night that begins with trouble and ends in a very unlikely adventure. After slipping into a screening about Lemuel Gulliver, he’s caught without a ticket and ushered back out into the cold streets. A mishap leaves him unconscious, only to awaken in a strange new world where a talking dog stands by his side and a discarded clockwork toy soldier named the Colonel is not far away. The dog, quick and wry, suggests they seek a small spark of joy at a nearby amusement park that’s closed for the night, turning a setback into a chance for mischief and companionship.
