Geppo, a wildly popular Italian singer Adriano Celentano, dominates stages across Italy and much of Europe, but his ambition stretches beyond borders. He dreams of breaking into the American market, drawn by the idea that his idol Barbra Streisand lives there. The catch: he doesn’t speak English. Desperate to bridge the gap, he turns to an alluring English teacher, Claudia Mori who plays Gilda. In the classroom, his star power is undeniable, and the female students swoon at his presence, while Gilda remains cool and unyielding, challenging him to go beyond charm and truly learn.

Among the class is the attractive Ragazza coscia, played by Daniela Piperno. Her character is just one piece of the rowdy, affectionate dynamic that surrounds Geppo, as he navigates the dual pull of fame and connection. As Geppo’s popularity grows, three young men from his world grow jealous and openly hostile, redoubling their attempts to bring him down.
