Four friends, Gangu, Abdul, Nihal Singh, and Gary Rozario—together forming the acronym G.A.N.G.—pool their resources to start a small-time crime operation built on a foundation of friendship and loyalty. What begins as a shared venture soon tightens into a structured, if dangerous, world where trust is both a shield and a weapon. They pull off early wins, but their success draws the eye of a local gangster, Tagdu, who strikes back and tests the group’s resolve. In the wake of the attack, G.A.N.G. retaliates and finds an uneasy alliance with Lala, a crime lord who operates with a conscience of his own.
Abdul grows wary of freely working for Lala, and the quartet begins to tilt toward new opportunities, deciding to team up with Girja Singh for money, a plan that Gangu clashes with. The violence escalates when Tagdu and his men murder Gary Rozario’s sister, a brutal humiliation that shatters them and propels the gang into a full-blown war. The clash with Tagdu drives G.A.N.G. into a brutal cycle of retaliation, and the conflict eventually lands Gangu in prison for five years.
On release, life has shifted for everyone. Abdul now drives a taxi, Gangu finds his mother cared for, and Nihal and Gary have quietly rebuilt their own business. Gangu rekindles a romance with Sanam and proposes marriage, only to discover that his friends are entangled with Girja Singh in ways that strain his trust. The strain deepens as Nihal and Divya—Nihal’s wife—see their marriage crumble when their child is born with disabilities, a tragedy worsened by Divya’s eventual suicide. Nihal’s despair triggers a murderous spree, and his fate at the hands of the law forces the group to confront their own complicity.
A critical turn comes when Girja orders Abdul to kill Nihal; bound by loyalty, Abdul instead eliminates a Girja henchman, sparing Nihal’s life but fuelling a deeper crisis. Abdul and Gary decide to surrender to the police to shield Gangu and seek the help of the chief minister, an act that backfires as the minister plots to wipe out the G.A.N.G. with Girja and Tagdu. In a final bid to break the gang, Tagdu destroys Gangu’s family’s safety net by killing Gangu’s mother, yet G.A.N.G. perseveres and defeats the minister’s men, including Tagdu and Girja. Gangu is mortally wounded in the struggle and asks his friends to promise to abandon crime forever, a pledge they all honor before he dies. As the leaders of the group prepare to surrender, the minister orders a deadly “shoot to kill” on them, cutting short the moment.
Six years pass, and Lala makes a decisive move by killing the minister who had commanded the force, a closing act meant to spare Gangu’s son from following the same violent path. Lala then surrenders to Shamsher Singh, and Sanam looks on with a quiet remembrance, showing the G.A.N.G.’s photo to her son as a beacon of peace that outlived the chaos.
