What Is For the Love of a Child About?
The premise of For the Love of a Child without spoilers.
In 1959, US troops in Asia and later U.S. support helped two actresses launch a charity for mixed‑race orphans that became Childhelp. The organization now runs multidisciplinary centers for abused and neglected children across the US. Resident Jacob Fletcher, traumatized by his lawyer stepfather, spent ten months in jail before being reclaimed. Staff and animal‑assisted therapy on a former farm help many children heal.
