EvenHand (2002): Cast

Set in the impoverished San Lovisa, Texas, the film follows newly paired detectives Rob Francis—still reeling from a divorce after a transfer from sleepy Sleepytown—and the brash, cowboy‑type Ted Morning. They patrol a neighborhood riddled with domestic fights, arsonists and junkies, their opposing methods forcing each to face the consequences. Shot on location in San Antonio, it’s a police drama that values tension and character over high‑speed chases.
