The younger son, Vishal Chaudhry, watches the aftermath with a growing anger that he struggles to contain.

In a city already controlled by ruthless gang lords Baba Khan and Manna Shetty, who enjoy the support of some corrupt police officers, the A.C.P. swears to bring them down without taking the law into his own hands. The atmosphere is tense, and the line between duty and vigilante justice begins to blur as the pressure mounts.

Vishal, unable to accept the injustice, channels his frustration into a fierce resolve that pits his impulses against his father’s cautious restraint. The only one who seems to understand Vishal’s pain is Mohini Sharma, the daughter of Head Constable Devkinandan Sharma(/actor/deven-verma).
