What Is Doctor Who: City of Death About?
The premise of Doctor Who: City of Death without spoilers.
In 1979 Paris, the Doctor and Romana wander the city when they detect temporal interference. They investigate the enigmatic Count Scarlioni, whose presence appears at multiple points in history, and uncover a bizarre scheme involving numerous replica Mona Lisas allegedly painted by Leonardo himself.
