In the heart of Thrissur, a city weighted by history and its own struggles, a new chapter begins with a careful, steady hand. Jithendran Siddique is appointed as the District Collector, known for his disciplined approach and unwavering commitment to public service. His task is not just administration but a deeper, more delicate assessment of the district’s social and cultural decline. He probes beneath the surface to understand how a once-vibrant community has frayed over the years, and he discovers a beacon from the past: Diwanjimoola, a locality whose bright flame of motorcycle racing had vanished years ago due to a tangle of political interference and internal conflicts.
