Dead Rising: Endgame 2016

Chase Carter, Jesse Metcalfe, keeps the story moving as he records General Lyons’ crimes on camera, only to learn his boss won’t broadcast the footage for fear of a violent military response. Lyons dispatches agents to silence him, and Chase weathers a tense escape as the danger closes in. Alongside him, Garth, Patrick Sabongui, a fearless zombie hunter and video-game aficionado, masks a gentler heart beneath his bravado and rough edges.

Dr. Rand, Billy Zane, is a strikingly clever yet cruel government scientist who is supposed to find a cure. Instead, his brutal experiments on the infected make the already dangerous outbreak even deadlier—faster, stronger, and more unpredictable. On the other side of the fight, Sandra Lowe, Marie Avgeropoulos, a talented computer hacker and Chase’s on-and-off girlfriend, joins the mission to disrupt Lyons and the interests behind the zombie crisis. His allies grow with the arrival of George Hancock, Ian Tracey, a courageous whistleblower who pushes the team to venture into a zombie-infested city on a rescue mission, and Jill, Jessica Harmon, a resourceful news producer who helps them infiltrate a secret laboratory to halt the carnage.

Susan Ingot, Camille Sullivan, the CEO of Phenotrans and the maker of Zombrex, reveals the depth of the conspiracy: Lyons and Phenotrans were behind the last outbreak at East Mission, and she fears the military intends to wipe out all infected people while quietly pursuing a new zombie virus to stay in business. The team also learns that Jordan, Keegan Connor-Tracy, is alive, adding another layer to the effort to thwart the plot.

Back underground, the stakes rise as Garth is bitten by a fast zombie, a turn that Zombrex cannot cure. In a bold move, Hancock steals a new zombie drug from Dr. Rand, heightening the urgency of the mission. Chase and his team manage to derail the military’s plan, forcing Lyons to flee. Hancock makes a precarious escape into the underground, but Lyons’s agents shoot him down as the battle midnight ends. With the drug now missing, the underground becomes the last place to hide the key piece of this growing mystery, leaving the fate of the infected and the future of the conspiracy hanging in the balance.
