Danger: Diabolik - From Fumetti to Film (2005): Cast

Comic‑book veteran Stephen R. Bissette—creator of DC’s Swamp Thing and co‑creator of Constantine—teaches film appreciation and illustration in rural Vermont. A lifelong fan of Danger: Diabolik, he guides viewers through why he deems it the finest comic‑to‑film adaptation, juxtaposing original panels with Mario Bava’s cinematic reinterpretations and noting that contemporary adaptations fell short.
