Check out what happened in Cocaine Bear!

In the sweltering summer of 1985, a fateful event unfolded when notorious drug smuggler Andrew C. Thornton II (played by) attempted to dispose of his illicit cargo via parachute, only to suffer an unexpected fate as he collided with the plane's doorframe, rendering him unconscious and ultimately leading to his untimely demise in Knoxville, Tennessee. The authorities, led by local detective Bob, swiftly identified the deceased, piecing together the puzzle that revealed the cocaine was likely sourced from St. Louis crime lord Syd White, with a significant portion remaining unaccounted for.

Meanwhile, in the lush Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest, an unsuspecting American black bear stumbled upon a cache of the contraband substance and, as a result, became increasingly aggressive and violent, claiming two innocent lives - Elsa's tragic demise at its paws. The forest, once teeming with life, now bore witness to the devastating aftermath of this unexpected turn of events.

In the quaint town of northeast Georgia, young Dee Dee lived under the care of her mother, compassionate nurse Sari (played by). Dee Dee, accompanied by her trusted friend Henry, decided to play truant from school, instead opting to capture the breathtaking beauty of the forest's waterfalls on canvas. As they ventured deeper into the woods, they inadvertently stumbled upon a lost brick of cocaine and, in a moment of reckless abandon, ingested some of its contents before being brutally attacked by the now-rabid bear.

As Sari frantically searched for her children with Liz, a seasoned park ranger, and Peter, a passionate wildlife activist, their quest led them to discover Henry clinging to a tree, paralyzed with fear as the ferocious bear bore down on him. In a harrowing sequence of events, Peter stumbled upon a pile of cocaine, which only served to further enthrall the beast, causing it to mercilessly slash Liz and claim his life. With Sari's presence now known to the bear, she and Henry fled into the depths of the forest, leaving Liz to summon aid as the bear continued its rampage, fueled by the potent drug it had ingested.

In the heartland of St. Louis, Syd's right-hand man Daveed (character A) is dispatched to retrieve the remaining stash of cocaine. His journey takes him to the rural landscapes of Georgia, where he is joined by Eddie (character B), Syd's estranged son who has been reeling from the loss of his wife and has abandoned his own child. As they arrive at the forest station, Bob makes a surprise appearance, coinciding with the arrival of the Duchamps gang, a trio of miscreants notorious for causing chaos in the woods. A brawl erupts between Daveed and the Duchamps, culminating in a decisive victory for our protagonist, who earns the respect of one of the gang members, Stache. This newfound ally agrees to guide Daveed and Eddie to a gazebo where he has stashed some of the missing cocaine.

Meanwhile, Liz returns to the forest station, hotly pursued by a ferocious bear that has been terrorizing the area. In the ensuing pandemonium, she inadvertently takes out Ponytail, one of the Duchamps, before the bear claims Vest as its next victim. Paramedics Beth and Tom arrive on the scene, only to find themselves in a frantic struggle with the bear. As they flee in an ambulance with Liz, the beast jumps aboard and chaos erupts. Tom meets his demise at the paws of the bear, while Liz is dragged to her death across the road. The ambulance careens out of control, ultimately crashing into a tree, resulting in Beth's fatal ejection from the vehicle.

As the mayhem subsides, Sari and Henry discover Dee Dee's cryptic trail of paint, which they follow to uncover her hidden path. Daveed and Eddie arrive at the gazebo only to find Bob waiting with the stash of cocaine, but their reunion is short-lived as Bob wounds Daveed in a sudden attack. The bear reappears, but Bob diverts its attention with the bag of drugs, buying himself some time before Syd arrives on the scene, eager to claim the cocaine for himself.

Syd reveals that he's under pressure from his superiors to recover the lost narcotics, and it becomes clear that he'll stop at nothing to achieve his goal. Meanwhile, Sari and Henry track down Olaf, who is still reeling from the loss of Elsa; he leads them to Dee Dee's secret hideout in the heart of the bear's cave, where they find two adorable cubs, revealing that the bear is a devoted mother.

As events unfold, Syd, Eddie, and Daveed stumble upon the cave, which opens up onto a ledge behind the falls. The bear returns to the cave, its maternal instincts put on high alert. Sari, Henry, and Dee Dee take the plunge, jumping into the water below to safety, followed by Eddie and Daveed, who have decided to leave their life of drug dealing behind. Together, they escape the clutches of death.

However, Syd refuses to abandon his quest for the cocaine, despite the warnings from his companions. He attempts to kill the bear but ultimately falls prey to its wrath, meeting a gruesome end at the paws of the mother bear and her cubs.

As the narrative unfolds, Stache sets off on a journey of self-discovery, departing from the familiar terrain of his past and embarking on a solo adventure to the vibrant metropolis of New York. With a duffel bag containing a substantial quantity of cocaine in tow, he navigates the unpredictable landscape of the city's underbelly. Meanwhile, Eddie finds himself reconnected with his long-lost son, accompanied by the loyal companionship of Daveed and the endearing presence of Bob's canine companion. The reunification is marked by a mix of emotions, as Eddie struggles to reconcile his past with his present, all while grappling with the complexities of fatherhood and the fragility of human connections.
