What Is Children of the Dark About?
The premise of Children of the Dark without spoilers.
A middle‑aged Japanese expatriate journalist probes a child organ‑trafficking ring in Thailand, uncovering a grim network that also trades in child prostitution. To save one child, another life must be taken. He joins a passionate young Japanese NGO activist, battling the greed and arrogance that threaten the “children of the dark.” Adapted from Yan Sogil’s book, Junji Sakamoto directs a multinational cast to portray these stark realities.
