Retired Scotland Yard chief Sir James Blake returns to aid his niece Hope and her friend Jerry in perfecting an invention they claim could prevent wars. Planning to donate it to the League of Nations, they are blindsided when a criminal gang led by the enigmatic “Scorpion” steals the device. Blake and his allies must retrieve it and reveal the true identity of the elusive Scorpion.
