What Is Bemisal About?
The premise of Bemisal without spoilers.
Orphaned twins Sudhir and Adhir are adopted by Magistrate Chaturvedi, who raises them as his own. While Adhir goes mad after their father's death, Sudhir studies and becomes a doctor with the magistrate’s son, Prashant. When Prashant is arrested for an illegal operation, Sudhir takes the blame to protect his brother and settle the Chaturvedi family’s debt.
