Carolyn Hennesy

Carolyn Hennesy, born June 10, 1962, is an esteemed actress, writer, and dedicated animal advocate. Much of her early work comprises of guest appearances in shows and television movies, such as Dark Justice and Deadly Invasion: The Killer Bee Nightmare. Hennesy's big break arrived when she was cast in a recurring role in popular television show Dawson's Creek, subsequently leading to a string of guest appearances in various TV shows. Hennesy gained international acclaim after landing the role of Diane Miller on the daytime television series General Hospital, which earned her two Daytime Emmy Award nominations. She continued to enjoy success in recurring roles in notable shows like Cougar Town, Revenge, and Jessie. Her performance in The Bay won her her first Daytime Emmy Award.
