Alex Pettyfer

**Alex Pettyfer** is an English actor and model, born Alexander Richard Pettyfer. His acting career began when he was cast as Alex Rider, the main character in the 2006 film version of *Stormbreaker*. This role earned him nominations for a Young Artist Award and an Empire Award. Outside of acting, Pettyfer embarked on a modeling career with Burberry, appearing in several advertising campaigns. The actor gained further acclaim starring in films like *I Am Number Four*, *Beastly*, and *Magic Mike*. He also played the character Brody in the Netflix science fiction miniseries *The I-Land*. Having a background in theatre, Pettyfer performed in school plays prior to his big screen roles. He was born to parents who were both actors, further fueling his passion for acting from a young age.
