Gaurav Gupta, a self-made businessman who started with nothing, believes that money is the fuel for ambition. He resolves to build a town in an abandoned village, pursuing the project at any cost with the backing of the crooked politician Amrit Patil. The owner of the land, Shrikant Vardhan, refuses to sell, setting the stage for conflict. To sway Shrikant’s son Jaidev Vardhan, who still carries his father’s moral code, Gaurav entices him with the promise of wealth and quick success, the so-called get-rich-quick virus.

Jaidev, torn between his father’s values and the glittering lure, becomes entangled in the dream. Madhavi, Madhavi, Jaidev’s lover and friend, watches with a mixture of concern and support as he starts drifting—drinking, smoking, and moving away from his roots. Gaurav uses his girlfriend Natasha to charm Jaidev, pretending to be in love with him to secure his backing for the project. At the same time, Shrikant hopes his son will return to his roots and stand by his family and values.

To give the plan an air of legitimacy, Gaurav and Natasha pretend to be a construction/advertising agency partnered with actor John Abraham. Jaidev, seduced by the scheme, becomes more complicit as Gaurav uses leverage and blackmail to keep him on board. When Jaidev realizes the danger and starts to resist, he is attacked, and Madhavi steps in to help him recover. He apologizes to his father and resolves to fight back against the manipulator.

In a desperate move, Gaurav realizes the scheme is slipping away and sets the land on fire, putting the villagers and hostages at risk. Jaidev fights back, saves the land, and frees the hostages, turning the tide against Gaurav and his accomplice, Amrit. The pair are arrested, and the village is spared from catastrophe. With the crisis behind them, Jaidev reconciles with his father and Madhavi, and begins to help Madhavi build her business, signaling a new, more grounded path for everyone involved.
