In a post-apocalyptic future, survivors have formed ninja clans, with the Lost Ninja Clan—led by Cage and Surge, alongside Sky, Trillion, and Mar—summoned to an underground bunker for a peace conference. Each clan wields a unique magic power, and the Lost Ninja Clan controls electricity. Fumitaka, a respected clan leader, believes external threats loom and urges the clans to unite for survival.
