iSmart Shankar Ram Pothineni is a street-smart assassin who operates under the wing of a seasoned killer known simply as Kaka. He is driven as much by charm as by precision, and he soon falls for Chandini Nabha Natesh, hoping to win her heart through a mix of bold gestures and clever tricks. At first, Chandini is wary, but her skepticism softens and she returns his feelings, setting the stage for a dangerous romance that could unravel if either of them steps too far out of line. When Kaka assigns Shankar a mission that targets Kasi Vishwanath Puneet Issar, the stakes escalate quickly. The hit is executed, and the pair flee to Goa with Chandini, hoping to escape the net closing in on them.

In Goa, the chase continues as the authorities close in, and a tense shootout erupts. Chandini is killed in cross-fire, a devastating blow that leaves Shankar broken and behind bars. While the survivors lament, Sara Sarah—a neuroscientist working on a pioneering memory-transfer project—begins to play a pivotal role in a chain of events that could redefine identity itself. Her fiancé Arun Arun, a CBI officer, investigates Kasi Vishwanath’s death and suspects a larger, orchestrated conspiracy at work, not a simple case of political murder.

Shankar escapes from prison and quickly deduces that Kaka has masterminded Chandini’s death and now intends to eliminate him as well. In a bold and dangerous move, Kaka attempts to flee, but Shankar corners him and shoots him in Sara’s car, a dramatic confrontation that cements the sense that the truth is more malignant than anyone suspected.

The investigation takes a brutal turn when Arun is killed by goons while pursuing leads. Chandrakanth Sayaji Shinde, the CBI chief, is desperate to uncover the identity of the killer and the mastermind behind the crime. In a controversial and high-stakes gamble, Arun’s memories are transferred to Shankar with Sara’s help, with the aim of using Arun’s past to unmask the present. The procedure plunges Shankar into a maelstrom of memories that are not his own, triggering confusion, anger, and a dawning realization that Chandini’s memory—a person he loved—may fade away.

As the memories run their course, Shankar experiences fleeting echoes of Arun’s life, but he keeps reverting to his own persona. The truth begins to crystallize when Sara reveals the hidden connections between the two men and the crime. Shankar follows Arun’s traces to a home full of clues and ultimately calls Chandrakanth to meet him in Goa, hoping to expose the culprits. In a pivotal moment, Arun is about to reveal the identity of the conspirators, but the memory swap destabilizes him again, and he escapes with Sara at knifepoint.

The plot thickens as Shankar reverts to Arun, and the two personas converge long enough for the truth to surface: Kasi Vishwanath’s son Devendra Deepak Shetty and Central Minister Ramamurthy are the masterminds behind the assassination. Arun devises a plan to arrest Devendra and Ramamurthy in Varanasi, using the assembled evidence to force a confession. Devendra is exposed, but the confrontation turns brutal; he escapes again, and Arun is beaten to the point where the memories threaten to overwhelm him, sending him back into Shankar’s hands.

Sara is steadfast, insisting that Devendra is behind Chandini’s death, and the revelation fuels a dramatic final battle. In a climactic clash, Shankar defeats Devendra and delivers a long-awaited vengeance for Chandini. With the danger temporarily behind them, Sara and Arun prepare to leave for Hong Kong for a brief vacation, during which Arun musters the courage to propose to Sara, who joyfully accepts. Yet in a final twist of fate, Arun reverts to Shankar, leaving the couple’s future once again uncertain but united in their shared resolve to navigate the blurred lines between memory, identity, and loyalty.
