The brutal slaying of Tony Silva captures the attention of undercover officer Joseph Gennaro, who has been investigating the criminal empire of Salvatore 'Sal the Shark' Macelli. However, his investigation takes a sudden turn when he is placed in protective custody by District Attorney Sinclair to ensure his safety.

Dinner with Sal

On the following night, Marie sets her sights on Sal, luring him to his opulent mansion under the guise of a dinner invitation. As they share a meal, Marie struggles against her vampiric instincts, nearly thwarted by the garlic mussels before ultimately overpowering Sal and draining his blood.

The Appearance of Lenny

As Marie finishes her feast, Lenny, Sal's limo driver, unexpectedly enters the scene, forcing Marie to make a hasty escape. This close call leaves Marie aware that her actions are not without consequences, and danger lurks in the shadows.
