Arjun Sarkar, played by Nani, is a dedicated but complex police officer who finds himself entangled in a web of crime and morality that pushes the boundaries of his profession. Following the events of “HIT: The Second Case,” Arjun is transferred to the HIT team in Visakhapatnam, taking over from his predecessor Krishnadev “KD”. His new role involves a disturbing case where he neutralizes a man he later learns was a pedophile—detaining him in a forest, hanging him upside down, and slitting his jugular vein to make a statement. The act is recorded solemnly, hinting at Arjun’s moral ambiguity. Soon, he is assigned to investigate his own crime, uncovering that organs were removed from the corpse post-murder, escalating the mystery and exposing the darker sides of these killings.

Parallel to his investigations, Arjun begins a romantic relationship with Mrudula, a woman he connecting with through a matrimonial site arranged by his father. As their bond deepens, ASP Varsha, played by Tisca Chopra, a sharp and diligent officer, grows suspicious of Arjun. Her suspicions lead to a dramatic confrontation where she witnesses him commit another murder in a similar fashion. She is ambushed by Arjun but is saved when he overpowers her, tying her to a chair. During their intense exchange, Arjun justifies his actions, clarifying that his targets are all pedophiles, showing his controversial approach to justice.

The narrative then delves into Arjun’s earlier postings, especially his time in Jammu and Kashmir, where he investigated similar murders. His detailed inquiries reveal a pattern: the killers are part of a dark web cult known as CTK (Capture, Torture, Kill), which requires members to record two murders before being initiated. The story uncovers Arjun’s risky infiltration into this secretive organization—committing murders, uploading videos, and successfully gaining their trust. His actions set him on a dangerous path, leading him to track a CTK killer to Jaipur, where he nearly prevents another murder and manages to apprehend the suspect, only to be stabbed himself during the process.

While recovering, Arjun is introduced to the organization’s leader, Alpha, who welcomes him into CTK. This new role exposes him to the group’s brutal rituals and their sinister plans, including an upcoming secret gathering in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh. With the approval of his superior, Nageswara Rao, Arjun assembles a team comprising fellow officers like Varsha and his undercover love interest, Mrudula. The team soon learns that this meeting is crucial for dismantling CTK once and for all.

The truth about Mrudula is eventually revealed: she is an undercover officer reporting directly to Rao, sent to assist Arjun. Initially hurt by her deception, Arjun learns that her motivation stems from personal trauma—her sister was harassed, and she was inspired to join the police after her punishment of harassment. This revelation restores their bond, and together, they prepare for the mission, which involves infiltrating the heavily guarded CTK hideout—a decrepit Burmese palace filled with brutality and violence. Arjun’s team faces deadly traps and gruesome killings, including the assault and murder of hostages, but he manages to send secret signals by attaching a transmitter to his pet vulture, operating covertly from within.

Amidst chaos, Arjun manipulates the situation when Alpha’s suspicions turn to him. During a tense confrontation, he risks his life to save a nine-month-old child and the remaining hostages, igniting a fierce firefight with CTK members. With backup arriving from the Hyderabad HIT team, Arjun fights valiantly, eventually defeating Alpha and dismantling the organization. The investigation uncovers the disturbing truth behind CTK: they were harvesting hormonal glands from terrified victims, which were then sent to a Swedish pharmaceutical company to produce a potent drug used as Viagra. This organ trafficking nexus reveals a wider conspiracy orchestrated by Samuel Joseph, who turns out to be the mastermind behind the entire operation.

In a final, tragic twist, Arjun reveals that he entered jail deliberately with the goal of killing Samuel Joseph, which he successfully accomplishes, ending the villain’s reign. The film recounts the heroic sacrifice of Amit Sharma’s character, ACP Dhanya Mohan IPS, who infiltrated CTK by allowing herself to be captured and sacrificed herself to save a child—earning Arjun’s profound respect. Her death solidifies his resolve to fight evil, and he appoints her as the official officer in charge of the case, honoring her bravery.
