Lazaroff's seaside project begins

Dr. Monroe Lazaroff establishes a secret laboratory at a secluded beach house to develop a biological 'terror weapon'. His first creation is an amphibious Creature crafted from human, fish, and reptile DNA. The creature immediately turns on its maker, killing or injuring crew and escaping into the ocean, beginning a reign of terror along Blood Cove.

Monster retrieval for revival

Lazaroff and his assistants locate the infamous Frankenstein Monster's body and haul it back to the beach house lab for revival. They intend to reanimate it and condition the Monster to follow orders.
