At nineteen, Tulasi Sai Pallavi finds herself pregnant by Krishna Naga Shaurya, and their families decide to terminate the pregnancy. As the investigation unfolds, the family doctor who treats Tulasi and Krishna also dies in a car accident, just after meeting them. The investigators—led by Sub-Inspector Raghavan RJ Balaji—start to suspect that every person who has encountered Tulasi and Krishna might be caught in a dangerous, fatal chain. The car’s unexplained child-lock feature during the doctor’s death fuels the sense that something supernatural might be at play, a clue that pushes the case beyond a simple accident.

Tulasi’s uncle visits, and a quiet moment of reflection with a family photograph becomes a turning point. She realizes that the deaths around them are connected to a single, painful memory: the forced abortion of Diya. Agni/Raghavan, who has begun to believe Tulasi’s story, searches for her and finds that she has suffered an accident, leaving her unconscious. She is rushed to the hospital, where doctors work to revive her heart, a moment that feels almost miraculous.

From the edge of life and death, Thulasi’s spirit encounters Diya, and in a decisive, poignant moment, she stops the girl from harming Krishna. The realization dawns on Krishna: Tulasi’s warnings were not a flight of fear but a desperate attempt to protect their family. The doctors manage to revive Tulasi, and tears flow as she finally accepts Diya’s presence and the reality of their unborn child.
