Ambegaon, a quiet village in Maharashtra, faces a political storm just as the village’s long-serving sarpanch, Nivrutti “Anna” Ubhe, passes away on the eve of local elections. The power vacuum sparks a high-stakes scramble among the Ubhe family and their rivals, turning a routine ballot into a test of loyalty, tradition, and ambition.

Navnath “Dada” Ubhe [Ankush Chaudhari] is the eldest son who runs the family business and views the sarpanch post as his rightful inheritance. He dives into the campaign with a mix of grit and self-belief, hoping to ride a wave of family-name influence into leadership. But the opposition, led by Harish Gadhwe [Prasad Oak], is furious over a past defeat and believes that Dada’s newcomer status could be their opening to regain ground and push their own agenda.

Enter MLA Prithviraj Shinde [Uday Sabnis], who stirs the pot further by convincing Jyoti Tai Ubhe [Alka Kubal], Dada’s step-mother, to contest as a candidate.
