In the sun-scorched Namib Desert, the elusive thief known as Mr. A makes a dramatic entrance by skydiving onto a moving train carrying Queen Elizabeth II. Disguising himself as the Queen, he steals her crown, overpowers the guards, and slips away into the heat. On his trail are ACP Jai Dixit and SI Ali Akbar Khan, who are backed by the sharp, no-nonsense officer Shonali Bose, Jai’s former colleague. The chase is set, and a game of wits begins that blends high-speed action with careful deduction.

Jai delves into Mr. A’s pattern, concluding that the next target is a rare diamond hidden within two major museums in Mumbai. As one museum guards the piece, Jai uncovers a counterfeit artifact, signaling that the real scheme will unfold at the other museum. At the second venue, Mr. A—flawlessly disguising himself first as a statue, then as a security guard—pulls off the diamond heist with the cool precision that has become his signature. The tension grows as the clock ticks and the danger escalates, painting a picture of a thief who outsmarts every safeguard.

Before the dust even settles, Mr. A learns that someone is impersonating him on television, challenging the authorities to stop the theft of a priceless warrior sword. At the exhibition, the impostor is revealed to be Sunehri, an ambitious thief who idolizes him. Though wary at first, Mr. A tests her loyalty and, finding her commitment genuine, decides to form a partnership. The alliance is as much about trust as it is about shared ambition, and the two begin plotting their next move with a renewed sense of purpose.

The pair heads to Rio de Janeiro to map out their next audacious scheme. Jai and Ali, having intercepted the rhythm of Mr. A’s movements, track them to Brazil and cross paths with Monali, Shonali Bose’s twin sister, who becomes entangled with Ali in more than just a professional capacity. This shift adds a new layer of romance and complication to the chase, as loyalties blur and alliances are tested against the lure of power and wealth. Meanwhile, Sunehri meets Jai in secret and discloses that her alliance with Mr. A is part of an undercover operation intended to secure immunity. Although she initially follows orders, she starts to feel something real for Aryan—the man behind Mr. A.

During the Rio Carnival, Aryan senses Sunehri’s divided loyalties after catching sight of her with Jai. He confronts her, pushing her to prove her devotion in a tense Russian roulette stand-off—the gun is loaded with blank chambers. The moment reveals Sunehri’s true feelings, and our duo decide to push forward with their plan. They stage another daring heist, this time stealing ancient Lydian coins while blending in as street performers and even as schoolchildren, a testament to their ability to humanize their criminal personas without losing their edge.

Jai realizes Sunehri has defected and he and Ali close in, their pursuit turning into a brutal chase that climbs to a cliff and culminates at a dramatic waterfall. Aryan and Jai clash in a fierce duel, with Aryan insisting on testing the boundaries of their conflict. At Aryan’s insistence, Sunehri shoots him, allowing Jai to believe the threat is neutralized and tempering his error with mercy. Sunehri is spared, her punishment framed as living with the consequences of her choices.

Six months pass, and Aryan and Sunehri are revealed to be alive, living under new identities in Fiji and running a modest restaurant. Jai visits them and acknowledges the transformation—they are no longer the same dangerous criminals, and he chooses not to arrest them. Aryan hands Jai access to the artifacts he had stolen, a symbolic gesture of trust and closure. Jai departs with a warning to stay away from crime, while Ali remains back in their orbit, returning to India alongside Jai for their next assignment. The film closes on a note of hard-won reform, with Aryan and Sunehri pursuing a quieter, more hopeful future, and Jai and Ali resuming their duties with a tempered sense of what remains at stake.
