Seenu, Seenu, better known as Alludu Seenu, lives with his uncle Narasimha in a debt-ridden village, dreaming of a fresh start. To escape their mounting debts, the pair heads toward Chennai with hopes of catching a train to Dubai, only to misboard and end up in Hyderabad instead. They check into a modest lodge where Seenu learns that the city’s feared don, Bhai, bears a striking resemblance to his uncle. Using this face, Bhai manipulates people to his advantage, and he also fools Bhai’s right-hand man, Dimple. Through the ruse, Bhai also makes Bhai’s stepdaughter Anjali fall for Seenu, who is mistaken for her fiancé Rohit.

When Bhai realizes someone is impersonating him in the city, he orders the impostor killed, only to discover that the faker is Bhai’s identical twin brother, Narasimha. Bhai captures Seenu and Narasimha and their allies and orders his men to kill them, but Seenu manages a daring escape. Narasimha then reveals a long-buried truth: he was the village’s former chief and the twin brother of Bhai. Years earlier, Narasimha had collected projection funds from the villagers and was en route to hand them in when Bhai attacked his car, endangering Narasimha, his wife Nandini, and their daughter Anjali. Anjali survived the attack and was later adopted by Bhai, who claimed Narasimha had killed his own family and fled, turning the villagers against Narasimha.

Armed with this revelation, Narasimha comes to grips with the fact that Anjali—though alive—believes Narasimha is responsible for her past, and Anjali herself discovers that Seenu is not Rohit. She becomes distant, deciding to accompany Bhai to Sharjah to marry Rohit, Bhanu’s son. Seenu and Narasimha race to Sharjah to intervene. In a tense sequence, Seenu abducts Bhai, and Narasimha disguises himself as Bhai to fool everyone and derail the wedding. The duo, with some quick thinking, manages to swindle money from Bhanu and reveal the truth about Anjali’s father and Bhai, which helps rekindle Anjali’s trust in Seenu.

The group escapes back to India, while Bhai also escapes captivity and informs Bhanu that they have been tricked. Bhanu and Bhai pursue them home, leading to a final confrontation where Seenu and his allies defeat Bhai’s henchmen and Seenu ends Bhai’s scheme by killing Rohit, Bhanu’s son. In the aftermath, Seenu helps exonerate Narasimha, bringing Bhai and Bhanu to justice. The village, having learned the truth, apologizes to Narasimha and welcomes him back with renewed trust.

The film also features a special appearance by Tamannaah Bhatia in the Labbar Bomma song, adding a brief but memorable moment to the story.
