Subhash, Vishal Krishna, is a Colonel in the Indian Army whose father is a retired Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, and the political baton has passed to his elder son, Saravanan. On a short family trip, Subhash invites his loved one, Meera, and the whole clan to join a tense campaign surrounding PM candidate Guptaji. A web of loyalties and pressures unfolds as Deepak, a friend of Saravanan, vanishes after siphoning ₹40 crore on loan, shaking the political and personal foundations of the group.

During the campaign, Subhash tries to connect with Meera, but chaos erupts when her phone is swapped with that of a killer in the parking lot. Meera notes the killer duo’s vehicle number and attempts an escape, only to be assaulted and brutally stomped to death by a woman disguised as a cop. The killer duo then triggers a catastrophic sequence: a gunshot and a device-laden cooler bomb that explodes on stage, killing Guptaji and toppling Saravanan and his family from their positions.

The tragedy devastates Subhash, and Saravanan is later framed for the assassination after Subhash listens to a recorded conversation with Deepak. A passionate press conference at Saravanan’s home spirals into tragedy when Saravanan is found dead, hanging in his room, and the public narrative implicates him in the crime. Subhash refuses to accept the setup, and through a crucial clue—the killer’s vehicle number recorded by Meera—he uncovers the name behind the hit: Syed Ibrahim Malik, a Pakistan-based terrorist.

With the help of a hacker named Jack, Yogi Babu, Subhash traces the elusive assassin to Kaira, a deadly operative, and a brutal showdown ensues. Subhash and his small team fight off Kaira’s henchmen and eventually topple her, hanging her in a method mirroring the killer who took Saravanan’s life. The pursuit leads Subhash to Istanbul, where he is joined by his brother-in-law, Maya Kannan, and the sharp-witted Lt. Diya, portrayed by Tamannaah Bhatia. Together, they widen the net to recover Deepak’s funds.

Their mission takes a dark turn when they discover that Deepak is found dead in Algornia, and a deadly chase begins as a mysterious killer—posing as a blind man—seems to be the agent of chaos. The investigation finally points to a broader conspiracy led by Malik himself, with Tahir Iqbal as a key figure in the Pakistan Army’s movements. In the shadows, Subhash and his allies realize that Malik’s influence stretches across borders, and the hunt pivots toward bringing Malik to India for justice.

Guided by a covert plan with Lt Gen. Rehman and with Diya by his side, Subhash enters Lahore illegally to locate Malik. A tense wedding among Malik’s family offers Diya the chance to slip in with a fake ID, dropping flammable balls that spark a dramatic fire at sunrise. Malik orders his officers to move with Tahir Iqbal directing the operation, but Subhash shows resolve, taking Malik hostage in a high-stakes chase that tests every skill he possesses. A brutal hand-to-hand combat sequence follows, and Subhash emerges with Malik in custody, while Tahir’s forces scramble to intervene at the airport.

The mission takes a new turn when Malik’s life is found to be protected by a body double, and Subhash discovers that Malik’s true captor is a higher-order conspiracy that demands a daring flight to safety. The plan shifts to a daring escape by air, with Subhash and his team disguising themselves aboard a plane. Before departure, Tahir orders a halt, forcing a dramatic switch that pushes Subhash toward Nepal instead. In a climactic turn, Subhash hands Malik over to the Indian Army in Nepal, sealing a hard-won justice.

The post-credits reveal widens the horizon of the conspiracy: more collaborators, including a former PM candidate Varma, are arrested, exposing a deeper reach of treachery. In a final twist, it’s hinted that Subhash played a decisive role in Malik’s downfall during a staged escape, closing the circle of a mission defined by sacrifice, strategy, and a controversial pursuit of accountability.
