Victoria Loren "Tori" Kelly (born 1992-12-14) is an American singer‑songwriter and voice actress whose career began in childhood by winning America's Most Talented Kid in 2004. Raised in Wildomar, California, she was exposed to a diverse musical environment through her Irish‑German mother and Jamaican‑Puerto Rican father, fostering a love for gospel, R&B, pop and hip‑hop. At age twelve she signed a brief deal with Geffen Records, but creative differences led to its termination. She then turned to YouTube in 2007, posting acoustic covers that quickly amassed over a million subscribers and caught the attention of industry executives.
