Steve Bastoni, born March 4, 1966, is an Italian-born Australian actor who achieved recognition for his role as Constable Yannis 'Angel' Angelopoulos in the television show Police Rescue, and Steve Parker in Neighbours. His performance in 15 Amore earned him a nomination for the AACTA Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role, further cementing his status in the industry. Bastoni's career, spanning over three decades, boasts a notable body of work that includes roles in The Matrix Reloaded, Blue Murder, Wentworth, Broke, Hawaii Five-0, The Water Diviner, PokerFace and more. His talents aren't confined to just the screen; his theatre credits are just as impressive. His tour de force performance in Arthur Miller's View from the Bridge for Melbourne Theatre Company earned him a Green Room Best Actor Nomination.

His TV roles include significant parts in Police Rescue from 1991 until 1996, and Neighbours from 2007 until 2009. His appearances span across various other Australian series like Wildside (1998), Prisoner (1986), On the Beach (2000), and Stingers (1999–2002).
