Rohit Suresh Saraf, born on 8 December 1996 in Kathmandu, Nepal, is an Indian actor who has rapidly become a recognizable face in both Hindi cinema and streaming series. Raised in Delhi after his family returned from Nepal, Rohit faced early adversity when his father, Suresh Saraf, passed away when he was just twelve, prompting him to leave school after completing his 10th standard to chase his late father's unrealised dream of acting. At the age of fifteen he moved alone to Mumbai, immersing himself in the industry and beginning his career with television roles such as Channel V's teen drama Best Friends Forever?, which laid the groundwork for his later success. His film debut arrived in 2016 with Dear Zindagi, where he portrayed the younger brother of Alia Bhatt’s character, showcasing a subtle performance that hinted at his future versatility.
