James Saito is an American actor whose career spans over four decades, marked by a remarkable blend of stage, television, and film work. After graduating from Hamilton High School, Saito pursued a theater degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he honed his craft before moving to New York to study with legendary acting teacher Uta Hagen at HB Studio. He was also among the final students to work directly with Sanford Meisner, first on the Caribbean island of Bequia and later in North Hollywood, experiences that gave him a reputation for disciplined, instinctive performance.
