Ellie Bamber is the professional name of Eleanor Elizabeth Bamber, an English actress whose career has spanned stage, screen, and music videos since she first stepped into the public eye at the age of twelve. Born on 2 February 1997 in Surrey, England, she grew up with a younger brother named Lucas, while her father David worked in finance and her mother Zoe managed her budding career, providing a supportive environment that nurtured her early love of performance. Her education at Eagle House School, the drama‑focused Hawley Place School (a part of Hurst Lodge School), and later Wellington College for Sixth Form gave her formal training and a drama scholarship that paved the way for her entrance into professional theatre.
