Dominique Fishback, born on March 22, 1991, is an American actress with a diverse range of roles. Known for her portrayals of Billie Rowan in Show Me a Hero, Darlene in The Deuce, and Deborah Johnson in Judas and the Black Messiah, she has become a recognizable figure in the industry. This latter role earned her nominations for a Critics' Choice Movie Award, as well as a BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role. In 2023, she shined in the Amazon Prime Video series Swarm, an admired psychological horror show. For this, she received a nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards.

_Fishback first ventured into acting around the age of 10. By 2013, she had obtained her B.A. in Theatre from Pace University. Her real career breakthrough came in 2014 with her Off-Off-Broadway play Subverted, through which she flexibly handled twenty-two different characters. Her performance got her nominated for a 2015 Innovative Theater Award for Outstanding Solo Performance.
