Cristo Fernández, born Cristóbal Fernández on January 27, 1991, is a prolific Mexican actor. He hails from Guadalajara, Jalisco, where his early passions were strongly grounded in football. This initiated his football career, landing him a place in Guadalajara's Club Deportivo Estudiantes Tecos at the tender age of 15. However, a significant knee injury halted his journey in the sport. This incident, coupled with his parents' support, channelled his interest towards acting while he was in college. He showcased immense talent that compelled him to further explore this field. Moving to London, Fernández determinedly pursued acting. Reel life became the playground of this former football aspirant where he enacted a myriad of roles in several indie films. His most significant contribution to date has been his role as Dani Rojas in the Apple TV+ comedy series Ted Lasso. With his myriad talents and a high spirited pursuit of acting, it is no surprise that Fernández has made an impactful presence in the acting industry. However, his entrepreneurial spirit didn't end here. He also went on to set up his own film production company, Espectro MX Films, broadening his imprint in the film industry.
